From Owner: Hello Mrs Harpalani, We appreciate your review but we are disappointed to hear your poor experience you had with us. As we discussed your appointment was from 11:30AM until 12:50PM. witch contained 4 bite wing x-rays, half unit of polish, and 3 and a half units of scale. witch came a total of $265. As common courtesy we gave you 10% discount as we DID NOT charge you for the half unit of scaling ($237) since yourself and your husband have been with us for quiet some time and you dont have insurance. im sorry you had this experience with us and that the 10% off wasnt enough. we were happy to have you in our office for a total of an hour and 20 minutes to meet all your requested needs. Perhaps next time we can allocate you a shorter appointment so you don't have to pay as much. Thank you for your review and we will do what we can to improve our services to meet all client needs.
