Exceptional service but a very sore mouths. Ouch!!
Everything was great but there is one hygienist (with glasses, tall, short blonde hair with bangs in her early to mid 40's) who is a little too rough when she is doing her cleaning. She was pleasant and definitely thorough during her cleaning but she is especially rough when flossing our teeth. The three members of our family who had her perform the cleaning were dreading having to have her clean our teeth due to past experiences with our mouths being in so much pain after her cleaning and were all in a lot of discomfort and pain when leaving the office. If she can try to be as through but more gentle especially during the flossing we would not be weary about coming to the dentist for our next 6 month appt. *shudders* out mouths were bleeding not because of poor oral hygiene but because it felt like she was flossing us with barbed wire with the amount of force she used. It was unpleasant and just unnecessary force. Other than that the staff are all pleasant, welcoming, we started our cleaning right away and left with clean sparkly teeth however very sore mouths. If that one issue can be fixed you would get a perfect rating from us.
