I very much appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of all staff with whom I’ve had contact. I always feel comfortable in the office environment. I appreciate a heads up about appointment times and a review of the upcoming appointments.

The service was great.Dr Klassen is great. However having to arrive 15 minutes before appt time to fill out a paper which took 2 minutes, then to be kept sitting in the waiting room until 20 min past my appt time...left me a bit irritated.
