Have always found everyone very friendly and helpful. When I couldn’t get regular Dr. Was offered the other Dr. He was just as friendly and helpful as my regular Dr. Always a good experience here.

I was checked to see how the freezing was doing and needed a bit more freezing which was good! I felt like I was in the up-side-down position for longer than usual and my jaw became quite fatigued. But they also got the job done and that is all that mattered to me! Job well done! Thank-you.

Nice to see the office door open so you don't have to phone from the parking lot. I took my shoes off when I entered and found the floors a bit cool. I was pretty snuggly when Jason covered me with a blanket - almost fell asleep during the procedure!
