Staff is always friendly and rarely is there a wait beyond your appointment time (if there is it is minimal and they keep you updated on how long it will be.

as usual, this is a very professional office, don't waste their time if you are not serious about your teeth or oral hygiene. The entire staff under the direction of Dr. Mark Rhody are the best!

Psst: some of the rubber gloves are a bit smelly. Odor is quite strong when working so close to the nose / mouth. Consider changing the brand? Everything else is top notch!
