The hygienist I had at Cusp was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the office in under 45 minutes. When I came back to work, my colleagues asked if I'd had my teeth whitened - I hadn't.

I think this is an amazing model for dental care delivery. (And I'm also happy to be paying something more in line with the fee guide!) The staff is also very professional and very friendly. I am very pleased with my cleaning and check-up. It's nice to find a dentist that is honest and not just out for the money. My entire family will be switching over to Cusp Dental Hygiene Care.

WOW! The location in Airdrie...
WOW! The location in Airdrie is great. It is a new, clean, and modern environment. Friendly staff and I love the use of the appointment confirmations via email. Our 2 year old daughter will be having her first check up there and my wife is transferring to this facility too. Wonderful service and outstanding experience! Keep up the great work.

August 31 I had an appointmen...
August 31 I had an appointment at Cusp for a routine cleaning.I was greeted at the front desk on arrival and after completing a brief medical history form was walked to the exam room. In a half hour my teeth were cleaned and polished. No pain - no gain does not apply as it was painless! Fast and efficient and a gentle touch are a more applicable.

This clinic experience was number one. The dental hygenist was very professional/caring and personalable.I was not rushed through. The clinic was beautiful and there wasn't anyone rushing around. I did not feel that "Factory Line" experience as I did at other clinics. The clinic makes you feel very special.
