As always, service was profes...
As always, service was professional and efficient. It is not too often today, that a business provides more than what you pay for - however Leona and staff do that. Yesterday, Leona noticed something on one of my teeth, and she took it upon herself to check with my dentist, so that she can provide the best hygiene care possible for the issue she identified. That was stepping outside of the service she is paid to do, which is to clean my teeth. Loooove IT!!

I have been going to see Leon...
I have been going to see Leona for over 2 years now and I have to say I've never felt so comfortable and sure of myself when I see her. She always has a smile on her face when you walk in the door to the time you leave. She's always making sure you feel as comfortable as humanly possible. I'm usually extremely satisfi...
I'm usually extremely satisfied but yesterday's visit was definitely not pleasant. I know that dental maintenance won't always be a walk in the park, but it seemed overly painful yesterday. The ultrasonic/hand scaling was pushing me to the point of asking her to stop. The water seemed to be malfunctioning, beyond just a few drips, to also include a rinse for my hair and clothing. I'm thankful for the previous positive visits because I know your clinic does do amazing work and always tries to make clients feel comfortable.

Being that I am very anxious ...
Being that I am very anxious when I visit the dentist, Leona makes me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, always asking how I'm doing during my appt and if I'm ok. Clean, modern environment. I would highly recommend Cusp Dental.
