Temp Hygenist
as discussed I was not very satisfied with the young lady that cleaned my teeth on Jan 5, 2015. She was not up to the standard of service I am accustomed to from this office

Very Good
While the office is clean, ther is still room for improvement. In particular make sure that all the surfaces you touch while you are working are covered such as the light handles.

Left with more than a perfect smile
There was some major improvement since our last experience with regard to the thoroughness of the cleaning we received from the dental hygienist. In the past we found unnecessary pain when our teeth were being cleaned and leaving with unusually sore mouths. This time we all left pain free and saw a drastic gentleness when cleaning our teeth, flossing and throughout the examination. Needless to say we were all smiles and came home thinking the entire experience was beyond pleasant. No complaints whatsoever!!!

Warranty follow-up.?
Thank you for this opportunity to clarify my answer to #6. Subsequent to having a filling done in March, I experienced sensitivity in the same tooth. When it did not resolve, I came to the office in June to have it looked at. For that visit I was charged for an emergency visit (Thank goodness I have dental benefit coverage). I can understand being charged the cost for the X-ray on that tooth but why more. Is there not some measure of follow-up warranty/guarantee on work done on the same tooth within at least the initial period? The thought has been bothering me. I am hoping to continue with your service when I no longer have the luxury of benefit coverage - after all I have been coming to the same office since 1982.
