August 31 I had an appointmen...
August 31 I had an appointment at Cusp for a routine cleaning.I was greeted at the front desk on arrival and after completing a brief medical history form was walked to the exam room. In a half hour my teeth were cleaned and polished. No pain - no gain does not apply as it was painless! Fast and efficient and a gentle touch are a more applicable.

This clinic experience was number one. The dental hygenist was very professional/caring and personalable.I was not rushed through. The clinic was beautiful and there wasn't anyone rushing around. I did not feel that "Factory Line" experience as I did at other clinics. The clinic makes you feel very special.

It has been a long time since...
It has been a long time since I was to the dentist so was a little worried about getting into trouble and feeling the potential pain. My dental hygenist was very knowlegable as well as gentle. It was the most comfortable atmosphere in a dentist office I have ever been to.

I am so pleased with my first...
I am so pleased with my first experience at Cusp! I was really nervous at first, but that faded as we got into the exam and cleaning. Everything was explained so clearly. I found the environment to be quite comfortable, especially being able to watch T.V.! I'm loving my renewed pearly whites.

went in for a cleaning and wasn't rushed, she took her time and was very pleasant to talk with. I would suggest checking it out for everyone. It was very quiet and relaxing, tv was nice little extra.

As soon as I walked into the office they greeted me by name and got me into the chair right away. The hygenist explained what she was doing and was very friendly. The new TVs above the chair are a nice touch, especially since they have the subtitles, so even though you can't always hear what's going on, you can still read what they are saying.

The service at Cusp is great....
The service at Cusp is great. You don't feel like you are on a assembley line to just push people through for cleanings like at a lot of dentists. I will be back for sure!
